LOW-E Glass coating production line

Main feature:

Adopts rotary twin target IF sputtering technology, increase the deposition efficiency of medium film and control the film thickness, uniformity and functionality are insured as well.

Adopts the PEM closed loop control system, make sure the coating is in the metal sputtering transmission zone, increase the deposition efficiency of medium film are insured as well.

Effective gas isolation is adopted in each sputtering area according to different target materials to ensure the stability of pressure, purity and stability of processing gas in each sputtering area.

Adopted imported PLC and control equipment, system communication through ControlNet network to realize the information exchange between the equipment, so that the whole system structure is simple and reliable.

Adopted on-line optical detection system, collect the substrate transmission, reflection spectrum data and curves etc. And compare with the standard data, to control the sputtering process effectively.
